Job Description

National Account Manager Commercial Roofing & Building Services
Dallas TX (serve clients nationally)
$70K - $80K base uncapped commission

Build a $300K sales career in a national commercial roofing group thats scaling fast.

Top sales reps are taking home $300K$400Kand theres room for one more!

Youll have the autonomy to set your own goals a strong support system behind you and real opportunities to advance as the company expands into new markets.

The company values honest long-term partnerships over hard selling and the sales team operates in a collaborative growth-minded environment with ongoing mentoring training and planning support.

What youll do

  • Manage key national accounts across multiple markets
  • Build new client relationships to support the companys expansion into new geographic markets
  • Focus on service and maintenance then upsell to re-roofing projects
  • Leverage existing referral channels including HOAs senior living real estate firms and roof consultants
  • Track and manage your pipeline using CenterPoint CRM

What you need

  • A proven business developer with a hunter mindset
  • Experience in multi-family or commercial sectors (roofing experience is a plus but not required)
  • Someone with an existing book of business or the ability to build one quickly
  • A strong communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Motivated by earning potential and long-term career growth
