GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Inclusion Instructional Coach plays a pivotal role in ensuring our preschool program provides an inclusive and supportive environment for all children. This position collaborates with preschool directors preschool teachers preschool paraprofessionals and therapists to create an inclusive classroom environment s and adapting engaging curriculums for all learners. As part of the Preschool Inclusion Team (PIT) this position supports children with disabilities or delays utilizing multi-disciplinary Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model. Which includes assessments developing personalized intervention plans and collaborating with teachers and therapists on implementing support strategies in the classroom. This position will also assist in facilitating family conferences connecting them to resources and connect families with appropriate resources across all Brighton programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position requires face to face interactions with co-workers families children and the general public on a daily basis to accomplish all essential functions of the position.
