Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Procurement Agent to support the KC-46 Supply Chain in Everett WA!
Position Responsibilities:
- Integrates program customer product and in-service strategies into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
- Conducts risk issues and opportunities management
- Manages supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
- More than 3 years of experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
- More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
- More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- More than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Mid-Level (Level 3): $79900 - $98700
Experienced (Level 4): $102000 - $126000
