As a new trainee at Ancla Plumbing you will play a vital role in ensuring we teach and mentor a new generation of highly skilled plumbers. There is a desperate need to bring new talent into our industry to continue to build communities and homes for the public. In Ancla Plumbings 12 week training program you will work closely with your trainer to ensure you are armed with the skills and information to create a career and life most only dream of. The majority of our seasoned plumbers earn well into 6 figures per year. Your attention to detail and commitment to the program is essential to your success and the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to various jobsites with your trainer
- Learn the skills necessary for the phase of plumbing you are being taught
- Reading plans
- Safety Training
- Communication Training
- Installation of new plumbing systems
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- No construction experience required
- Must have a vehicle. Truck is preferred
Trainees are not eligible for benefits but once you graduate the program and are a full time employee our benefits package is below.
