Northern Trust is looking for a IRM ServiceNow associate to join our RCE Technology Team in Pune India.
Job Description AND Principal Responsibilities
This role covers below responsibilities within Northern Trust :
Development implementation and customization of solution using ServiceNow GRC modules.
Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNow
Configure workflows for Policy Compliance Risk Management and Audit module
Configure and develop Workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
Should be flexible for upskilling different skill sets
Experience/ Skills
Minimum qualification:
Any Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science Technology Software Development Business Information Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
4-6 years hands on experience in IRM ServiceNow development .
Required Skills
Strong understanding of ServiceNow development including client-side and server-side scripting.
Proficient in creating and managing workflows REST integrations and email notifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM PPM CSM HRSD and SecOps.
Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration Hub.
Experience with Agile methodology
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA CAD and CIS are highly desirable.
