If youve already gained 12 years of sales experience whether thats in SaaS recruitment or another lead generation roleand youre confident handling objections booking meetings and generating new business this role will elevate your career to the next level.

The Role:

As a Senior Sales Development Representative youll play a crucial part in the companys continued expansion by generating high-quality leads and securing meetings for the Account Executive team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming an expert on the companys solutions target industries and ideal client profiles.
  • Using a multi-channel outreach strategyincluding cold calls LinkedIn video messaging and emailto build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Engaging key decision-makers and effectively handling objections.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve outreach tactics.
  • Tracking all activity and progress through the company CRM.

What Were Looking For:

  • 12 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (SDR recruitment consultant or similar).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and confidently engage with decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated target-driven and hungry to progress.
  • A confident outgoing personality and a passion for sales.

Career Progression:

The business is actively investing in internal talent with clear paths to promotion.

  • You can expect opportunities to move into an Account Executive or Team Leader role within 612 months based entirely on your performance.
