- Location: 1 King William Street Adelaide (Hybrid: Option to have 4 days Work From Home 1 day in office after probation)
- Start Date: Wednesday 16 July 2025
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday
- Salary: $% Super performance incentives

If youre someone who enjoys solving problems supporting customers and working in a dynamic and inclusive environment this could be the role for you.
What Youll Be Doing
As a key member of our Sales & Service team youll:
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Underwrite update and cancel policies as required
- Deliver an exceptional experience across every customer interaction
- Work towards achievable service sales and retention targets
- Thrive in a team that values initiative empathy and results
Full product and industry training will be provided
