Location: Reno Nevada (Western Pathology Consultants)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 1 hour lunch
Full Time/Benefit Eligible
In this role you will:
- Provide patients and clients exceptional service in person over the phone and via email.
- Support the laboratory team management sales and pathologists.
- Perform data entry of womens health and routine pathology specimens ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform medical billing tasks in conjunction with the laboratorys regional billing team.
- Work in a laboratory and office environment.
- May help callers understand their billing charges.
- Champion safety compliance and quality control.
All you need is:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical billing experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm) including 10-key
- Professional communication skills written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
