What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Facilities Coordinator to manage all aspects of facility management service delivery for our Melbourne client site in Bayswater.

This pivotal role involves overseeing Asset Management and Operations while ensuring achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators. You will also provide management oversight for our Sydney office handling both short and long-term projects operations and maintenance across both locations.

Snapshot of the role:

  • Coordinate facilities management activities and resolve site issues with minimal disruption

  • Monitor Corrigo system to track service delivery evaluate tasks and manage documentation

  • Support property additions/removals through the Change Direct Notices process

  • Manage escalations regarding contractor performance and compliance documentation

  • Ensure fixed assets are properly captured tagged and validated per maintenance plans

  • Provide administrative support including reports and tenant feedback follow-up

  • Build relationships with facilities managers contractors and suppliers

  • Maintain compliance with WHS policies and JLL business conduct guidelines

Were seeking an experienced facilities professional who can manage our property effectively while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Solid experience in property management hospitality or related field

  • Commercial contract and budget management experience

  • Knowledge of OH&S requirements critical facilities systems and vendor management

  • Self-motivated problem-solver with strong organisational skills and ability to work ahead of deadlines

  • Experience with property systems (Fire HVAC Security Access Control)

  • Team player who communicates effectively with all organisational levels from CEO to contractors
