Job Description
Team Member Compensation and Benefits
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2 - 4 Year
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
Salary benchmarking & Appraisal Cycle handling
Knowledge of labor legislation
Experience with HRIS including payroll tools (preferred)
Analytical skills and Excel
ORGANIZATION CHART:
