About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities generating leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. Collaborating closely with the Founder will provide valuable opportunities for growth and development offering hands-on experience in building strong sales pipelines and driving deals to successful closure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling meetings tracking campaign progress and providing insights into prospects needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records document client communications generate regular performance reports and ensure internal sales documentation is up-to-date and organized.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on Amazons latest tools trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to prospects.
  • Share valuable insights gathered from prospects to help shape sales strategies and enhance customer outreach.
  • Assist in the development of targeted lists for outreach based on market research and buyer personas.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years in sales customer service or a related field;
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiar with CRM tools (Calendly Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Outbound sales and lead generation experience is a plus.
