Job Description
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing installation projects from the ground up coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the mining site and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Manage the installation process and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Lead and supervise site staff contractors and technical teams.
- Liaise with clients engineers and project managers to ensure expectations are aligned and deliverables are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage inventory materials and site resources efficiently.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions.
Requirements
- A recognized trade qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in site management or a supervisory role in the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in managing installation projects on active mining sites.
- Excellent understanding of health safety and environmental compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to demanding site conditions.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to remote sites if required.
