Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department with a focus on maintaining HR systems (UKG) processing employee data changes coordinating cross-functional updates and assisting with organizational communication and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track employee changes.
Manage name changes ensuring updated I-9 documentation.
Approve and process updates to addresses and phone numbers.
Maintain HRIS user access including username updates and password resets.
Route and track TAF approvals for cross-functional changes (e.g. Recruitment IT Benefits).
Update payroll spreadsheet with bonuses salary adjustments and status changes.
Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Ensure data accuracy for employee status location and name/email updates.
Draft and distribute weekly and monthly newsletters.
Recognize team achievements through Motivosity and internal surveys.
Monitor the HR mailbox; manage employment verifications and route inquiries as needed.
Maintain internal mailing lists and access permissions (e.g. shared drives MSO folders).
Assist with monthly reporting (e.g. Provider Reports Dashboards).
Activate building key fobs for MSO employees.
Serve as the point of contact for building-related concerns with the landlord.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.
2 years of experience in HR people operations or administrative coordination.
Proficiency with UKG or similar HRIS systems.
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Skilled in Excel Outlook and HR technology platforms.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
