Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Detail Manager to oversee the quality presentation and cleanliness standards of our facilities/products/vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing detail staff ensuring all work meets established standards and coordinating with other departments to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of detailing staff to ensure high-quality output and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for detailing operations.
Train and mentor team members to ensure proper techniques and safe use of equipment and materials.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies tools and equipment and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Schedule workloads and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certifications in operations or management are a plus.
3 years of experience in a detailing or quality control role with 1 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong knowledge of detailing tools techniques and safety procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong leadership communication and team-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
