Factory/Woodworking Shop Manager

What Youll Do
As a key member of our management team youll:
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee and mentor our factory installation and cut list teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Machinery Operation: CNC router Edgebanding andCutlisting experience preferred.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure timely and high-quality production meeting our clients expectations.
- Champion Quality Control: Address quality issues promptly identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Enhance Team Skills: Provide training and cross-training opportunities to enhance team capabilities and versatility.
- Promote Safety: Lead safety initiatives maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Facilitate Communication: Conduct daily team meetings to align goals address challenges and celebrate successes.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: Proven background in woodworking CNC operation cutlistingand team management.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team toward achieving common goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
