Join Our Team! Position Available for Lead Teachers-Toddlers.
We are excited to announce an immediate opening for Lead Teachers in our Toddler Program at The Anchored School in Celina Texas!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum. Familiarity with Creative Curriculum is a plus!
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support childrens development.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Planning and delivering lessons designed to facilitate students social emotional and cognitive development.
- Encouraging self-expression through understanding flexibility and behavioral reinforcement.
- Tending to students basic needs by feeding and dressing them.
- Modeling appropriate behaviors even when not on duty.
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to always learning.
- Tracking and informing parents of students progress.
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practices Creative and artistic teaching abilities Teaching and organization skills Patience and flexibility Strong communication skills
Qualifications:
Fluent English
o Degree in education or relevant license/certificate
o State teaching certification/licensure/CDA (required)
o Experience working with young children.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
