Carers NSW is the peak organisation for carers in NSW. We are a not-for-profit organisation connecting and empowering carers across NSW and improving their quality of life through activities programs training and policy advice. We advocate for carers of all ages and circumstances.
As the Business Advisor you will be responsible for providing tailored support coaching and advisory services to women with caring responsibilities for a family member or friend NSW who are small business owners or are seeking guidance to set up a small business to review and support their business readiness development and sustainability.
The Business Advisor will be responsible for supporting women carers to build connections to professional networks support services and regional business networks so they are equipped with the tools confidence and networks for business success.
This is a part time (4 days per week) contract position until June 2027.

Salary and Benefits
