In this role youll manage daily office operations assist with MLS and light marketing tasks and handle bookkeeping and financial tracking.

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Monitor expenses and support budget tracking efforts
- Reconcile financial accounts and generate simple monthly reports
- Manage MLS listings and provide support for light marketing initiatives
- Coordinate supply orders and help with internal scheduling and logistics
- Assist with contract administration commission management and title-related coordination
- Provide operational support to the leadership team and real estate agents
- Handle vendor communication and process checks
- 2 years in office admin real estate operations or bookkeeping
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets required (Yardi a plus)
- Detail-oriented highly organized and self-directed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree preferred (not required)
- Familiarity with real estate workflows and MLS preferred
