Job Description
Are you a plumber thats looking for career advancement Are you currently working for a company with no room to grow If you have what it takes we can put you on a path to become a project manager in two years. If youre an all star plumber that wants to get off the tools someday Id love to talk to you.
We work for residential home builders all over the valley. We have more work than we can handle and were turning away work because we cant find enough qualified people to do the jobs. We pay 25% above the market rate in Phoenix. All our plumbers are paid piece rate so the more you work the more you make AND we offer weekly bonuses for those that go above and beyond.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential construction plumber.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable Vehicle for Transportation
- Own tools and equipment is a plus.
