The City of Cibolo is seeking a highly motivated Utilities Crew Leader that will assist in the maintenance of the water distribution system and collection system for our community. You will be part of a team that prides itself on providing safe drinking water for the citizens of Cibolo and effectively removing wastewater through our collection system.

Our Type: The ideal candidate is dependable motivated trustworthy and responsible. You listen to your superiors and co-workers. You are a quick learner and thorough so your work orders are completed by their deadlines. You follow through and are accountable for all actions. When an emergency arises you are not easily flustered but are willing to work hard to help in any way designated by your leadership team. At the end of the day you get great satisfaction from completing a hard days work by making our citizens experience with their water system as smooth as possible. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements we would love to speak with you:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Must have a valid Texas Class C drivers license.
- Must have a valid Class A drivers license with tanker and air brake endorsement.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in water or wastewater.
- At least two (2) years of municipal experience in a Utility Division or Public Works Department.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class C Water Distribution license or greater from TCEQ within six (6) months of hiring and/or class availability.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class II Wastewater Collection license or greater from TCEQ within six (6) months of hiring and/or class availability.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Traffic Flagger and Work Zone Safety certification within one (1) year of hiring and/or class availability.

Compensation: Salary range is $55705.78 - $85025.74 (DOE) plus outstanding fringe benefits package which includes 100% fully paid employee health vision dental and life insurance generous retirement package 13 paid holidays plus 1 floating holidays that are awarded at the beginning of each fiscal year 2 weeks of vacation and so much more!
