We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for a client based in Herndon VA.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience in project management or estimating for commercial curtain wall or storefront projects. Candidates with a background in designing storefronts or curtain walls who are eager to transition into a Project Manager role will also be considered.
This is a Permanent position and is required to be fully in office.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial glass estimating or project management
- Proven experience with storefront or curtain wall systems
- Previous design experience for storefront or curtain wall systems is acceptable
- Strong Bill of Material (BOM) knowledge
- Experience working in commercial building projects
- Oversee material selections and purchases ensuring timely delivery to keep the project on track.
- Manage day-to-day operations for one or more construction projects ensuring on-time within-budget completion.
