What Youll Be Doing:
Sales Support: Youll be the backbone of the sales team handling customer inquiries processing orders and ensuring our customers get the best service every time.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers offering them personalized solutions and being their go-to for any questions or issues that arise.
Order Management: Accurately input orders track delivery dates and ensure products are shipped on time. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any order issues.
Quote Generation: Use our Quotebotsystem to prepare and send quotes to customers working with the sales team to convert leads into loyal clients.
CRM Excellence: Keep track of all customer interactions and sales opportunities in our CRM database ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Sales Growth: Support the sales team in driving revenue and client satisfaction all while learning the ropes of the sales cycle and advancing your career in sales.
What You Bring to the Table:
A sales-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
Strong communication skills youre comfortable speaking with clients and articulating solutions.
Attention to detail youre able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything accurate and on track.
Tech-savviness familiarity with MS Office and eagerness to learn new systems.
A team-oriented attitude youre ready to contribute and collaborate for the success of the team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous sales or customer service experience.
A strong desire to transition into a Sales Account Manager role and take ownership of client relationships.
