Bricks Tech is a no-code/low-code development agency that specializes in building MVPs and applications for startup founders and businesses. We deliver high-quality apps and websites in just 4-8 weeks providing faster and cost-effective solutions. Our team consists of startup founders turned builders dedicated to moving fast maintaining high quality and thinking from a founders perspective.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong product sense and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our on-site team. In this role youll combine hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities. Youll be part of a fast-moving product studio working on launching MVPs for early-stage startups across various industries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about crafting thoughtful user experiences and wants to grow into a product leadership role.
What Youll Do:
- Take full ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle from concept to launch
- Lead end-to-end project management for software and product development projects
- Drive deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Break down feature requests into user stories wireframes and product roadmaps
- Work closely with product development and business teams with a focus on leveraging AI and no-code/low-code platforms to translate ideas into actionable features
- Work closely with engineering QA and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
- Identify track and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status milestones and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management ideally in a software development agency or tech startup
- Compensation: 150000 - 250000 per month
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design
- Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies including AI and no-code platforms e.g. Framer Webflow Jira
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project management tools like Jira Trello etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills leadership and interpersonal skills
- Highly proactive detail-oriented and eager to grow
