Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit sign train and manage hosts and establish efficient operation workflows.
- Leverage the company proprietary AI tools to craft livestream content strategies for hosts that align with overall corporate strategy.
- Monitor and analyze key live-streaming metrics; develop and execute optimization plans to drive hosts growth and meet their performance targets.
- Enforce platform compliance policies and manage risk controls to ensure all hosts and accounts remain legally and regulatorily compliant.
- Collaborate closely with China-based operations product and technical teams to guarantee seamless information sharing and process integration.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of operations experience in the live-streaming industry; solid understanding of platform rules; TikTok live-streaming experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Malaysian pop culture and TikTok content trends.
- Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills
- Fast learner with a foundational understanding of AI.
- Fluent in Malay and English. (English as a working language)
