Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1750 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fast-paced healthcare staffing firm focused on delivering exceptional care through home health aides (HHAs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). The team is growing rapidly and needs a dedicated recruiter to proactively source screen and pipeline high-quality talent.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive recruiter to source and screen candidates for HHA and CNA roles. This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires persistence creativity and attention to detail to help maintain a steady pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for a private duty business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates to fill open CNA and HHA positions.
- Build and maintain a strong per diem candidate pool.
- Leverage multiple sourcing tools including ATS job boards cold calls referrals and social media.
- Review resumes and screen applicants based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics and activity in the ATS system.
- Support the transition from iCIMS to Apploi and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Qualifications:
- Near-native English communication skills (minimal noticeable accent).
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills.
- Highly proactive with a hunter mentality.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Comfortable using and learning new recruitment tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with Apploi or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Prior experience with high-volume sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
