Role Purpose

The RAM (Regional Access Manager) acts both in the commercial area supporting the implementation of the corporate commercial strategy at the level of the regional and local Strategic Key Accounts and in the institutional context r to ensure the optimal market access management of Galderma drugs in the assigned working area.

Main Responsibilities

  • implementation of all actions aimed at ensuring the presence of company medicines within the regional and hospital and local formularies
  • interaction with regional and local authorities to present cost-effectiveness budget impact and in general pharmaco-economic and cost analyses of Galderma drugs
  • interaction with regional and local authorities to build partnership initiatives for a deep aimed at promoting a complete understanding of the patient care process and identifying paths related to ways of containing pharmaceutical and health expenditure
  • identify and develop relationship with regional and local institutions to define and implement projects and initiatives of common interest
  • identify decision makers understand their needs and collaborate with them to facilitate patients access to therapies
  • promptly update the Company in relation to possible risks opportunities and initiatives activated at regional and local level
  • interaction with other company functions involved at local level in the management of the reference territories
  • reactive management in reporting any barriers to the access of Galderma drugs found and reported locally by other functions
  • identification of Strategic Key Accounts in alignment with the sales
  • support sales in the commercial management of company products at the level of the selected Key Accounts through interaction with the hospital pharmacist and the financial administrator
  • represent the company at external activities such as meetings and congresses
  • Support supply chain and tenders in the interaction at regional account level
  • Promote private agreement on Galderma portfolio base on price agreement
  • interaction with public officials of the purchasing bodies in the management of commercial negotiations of the entire company portfolio in close collaboration with the sales and with the Supply Chain function according to applicable regulations and company guidelines

Professional experience and education

  • Degree preferably in scientific subjects (biology CTF pharmacy medicine);
  • Previous and consolidated experience in the field in pharmaceutical companies
