R305814 Internal Controls Strategy Leader
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in London or flexible in Marsh offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This is an opportunity to join the International team and work with offices and leaders across Europe Asia LAC PAC IMEA and UK.
Key duties of this role will include liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure Marsh reduce risk mitigation by creating and implementing standard processes of company and regulatory protocols.
We will count on you to:
- To build global consistency on risk identification and mitigating controls across Marsh Operations
- Implementation of the 3LOD across regions
- Design a best practice risk management framework across the regions.
- Provide a framework for preparing and managing audits and sharing results globally to raise the standards of risk reduction.
- Ensure compliance with regional or country regulatory requirements and monitor changes in the regulatory and operating environment.
- Ensure timely close of audit findings particularly high impact findings.
What you need to have:
- Risk Management experience from the Insurance industry
- Monitor changes in the regulatory and operating environment
- Ability to analyse and ascertain needs linking training and design to performance and operational processes.
