We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Receptionist youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Werribee.

St Vincents Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbournes city centre.

At St Vincents Care our Heartprint model ensures compassionate holistic person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging independence and cultural respect creating a life filled with purpose and wellbeing.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents individualised needs preferences and choices and are committed to building strong meaningful connections with residents.

This is a full-time role with shifts between Monday to Friday with 60 hours fortnight evenly distributed over the days.

Things that work for us:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing HR systems preferable.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities preferable.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (valid within 6 months).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
  • The working days for this role are Monday to Friday with 60 hours fortnight evenly distributed over the days.
