Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What Youll Do:
Reporting to the VP People we are seeking a proactive HRIS & People Systems Specialist to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our HR technology ecosystem. While this role involves foundational system support the primary focus is on designing implementing and optimizing enhancements that elevate Workdays capabilities and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will blend technical proficiency with HR functional expertise; leveraging Workday configurations to streamline processes automate workflows and deliver scalable solutions. A collaborative mindset is essential to partner with the greater People team our Corporate Technology team and business leaders in translating needs into system advancements. The ideal candidate will also have strong attention to detail solid communication skills and a passion for supporting a positive work environment. This role is based in our San Jose CA Headquarters.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Companys business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $99840 - $124800. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
