Instructional Coach
Teacher Orientation 2025
Description: This position will provide professional development for district-approved high-quality instructional materials to new teachers entering the district for the 2025-2026 school year. The coaches will prepare present and facilitate engaging training sessions during the August orientation.
Working Time: Virtual orientation at a mutually convenient time asynchronous assignments and virtual meetings throughout July and August and training sessions for new Teachers will occur on August 18- August 20 2025
Required Education/Experience:
- Must be currently assigned as an Everett Public Schools Instructional Coach
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Rich and varied experience with the implementation of high-quality instructional materials
- Strong instructional skills and adaptability to teach new teachers with scaffolds and differentiation
Essential Duties:
- Prepare and present the assigned sessions for new teacher orientation on August 18-20 2025.
- Share all created materials with the district.
- Meet over the summer as needed to review the materials and plan for the sessions.
Remuneration: Up to $1000 based on $40/ hr for a maximum of 20 hours including orientation training sessions
