About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and people focused Recruiter to join our People Success Team. In this role youll manage the full-cycle recruitment process within our G&A function along with supporting university hiring initiatives. Youll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to develop strategic hiring plans source and engage top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles across G&A and university recruiting ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network job boards and internal applicants to build strong diverse pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies for attracting top talent
  • Review resumes assess candidates and evaluate skill levelmakingthoughtful recommendations to hiring managers
  • Drive the offer process and manage expectations not only with candidates but with all internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships across the business and key cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations on recruiting process and contribute to broader team initiatives

About You

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience would be a plus
  • Experience supporting corporate (G&A) and university hiring preferred
  • Bachelors degree in a related field of study; or equivalent work experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise including sourcing screening offers and negotiations and onboarding
  • Skilled at building and managing talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptable and solutions oriented you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail strong organizational skills and a natural sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with ATS tools Workday experience is a plus

San Francisco

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If you need to travel for work LendingClub will cover your travel related expenses.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance employee performance and eligible earnings)equityand benefits. Our salary ranges other compensation and benefits offeredare determined by role experience level and location.
