HSHS Medical Group an affiliate of Hospital Sister Health System is recruiting a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with a niche interest in Sports Medicine to join our established and growing Orthopedic and Sports Medicine practice in OFallon Illinois based at HSHS St Elizabeth Hospital.

Position Details:
- Optional 4 or 5 day schedule
- 1:4 call schedule
- EPIC EMR
- Dedicated support staff and mid-level support
- Robotics available for surgical cases

Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA (prior to start)
- BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
-Sports medicine fellowship training and board cert is preferred
- MD. D.O. MBBS required
-Visa Sponsorship: H1B eligible J1 ineligible

Pay Range: $670400 - $864465

Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed or in the process of completing an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
