The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience ranging from $85900-$107375.
Job Summary
Provide technical support to DER interconnection teams through PowerClerk management data analysis and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Maintain and enhance PowerClerk ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Implement updates troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
Data Management and Reporting:
Design and produce custom reports for regulatory compliance and operational insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
Process Automation and Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement automated solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements.
User Support:
Train and support users on PowerClerk functionalities.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units to address technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in database management or technical support.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL Power BI and database management.
- Strong problem-solving and system analysis abilities.
