The Role
- Welcoming and directing clients and visitors
- Managing reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handling incoming calls and emails redirecting as necessary
- Managing meeting room bookings including AV/hospitality requirements
- Supporting internal and client-facing events
- Administrative support including mail handling couriers and supplies
The Person
- Previous experience in a receptionist/front-of-house role essential
- Legal or professional services background desirable
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office and switchboard/AV knowledge
- Available to start within a short timeframe
