Our team:
- Participate in new business acquisition and implementation activities.
- Provide ongoing support to our customers their plan managers and group plan advisors.
- Understand Customers wants and needs and do what is necessary to meet or exceed expectations.
What will you do
- Prepare changes to the plan structure and implement these changes by completing the change template.
- Actively participate in training monthly team meetings new product training and process updates.
- Actively participate in caucuses and team meetings and pass on learnings in a constructive manner.
- Assist account managers and specialists/consultants while maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure that internal tracking and reporting (CRM) tools contain accurate and up-to-date data.
- Design and/or prepare various presentations for information sessions and warranty fairs.
- Request and prepare various reports for advisors and customers.
- Create access requests for Clients.
- Compile documents relevant to the renewal file which may include financial reports schedules and current plan statistics.
- Ensure electronic transmission of correspondence and data is maintained.

- As this position is posted in several locations we specify that bilingualism (French English both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position includes managing both French and English-speaking staff (Quebec and outside Quebec) and providing daily support to the team.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
