Reporting on campus to the Manager Student Services and functionally reporting to the Director Library Learning and Wellness Services you will:
As part of the Testing Centre staff you will assist in the administration of the Testing Centre including the invigilation of internal and external testing consulting with faculty on testing requirements and ensuring academic and testing policies and protocols are followed.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
Occupational experience that includes working in an adult educational environment would be considered an asset.
You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite E-mail Office 365 and Assistive Technology such as Read and Write. Experience with PeopleSoft Brightspace EnCampus Alma and Pearson would be assets.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
Experience supporting/providing service to students in post-secondary including supporting students with assistive technology would be considered an asset.
You have experience troubleshooting computer hardware software printers and photocopiers.
