Join AETHER to support Intrapreneurial Projects as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician Physico-Chemistry:
The scope here is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of physico-chemical analyses within a GMP-regulated environment for pharmaceutical vaccine production.

The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant might include:

Support projects through high-quality detail-oriented execution
- Execute physico-chemical tests using HPLC GC UV-Vis IR Karl Fischer pH-metry and titrimetry
- Analyze raw data with analytical software like Empower LabX or equivalent
- Document each step of analysis to comply with GMP requirements
- Prepare samples reagents and protocols before running tests

Support projects with rational data-driven assessments
- Verify analytical records by double-checking physico-chemical methods
- Measure parameters and evaluate results versus specifications and official standards
- Audit analytical documentation to ensure GMP compliance and traceability
- Validate methods according to ISO ICH Ph. Eur. or USP standards

Support projects by facilitating communication and reporting
- Communicate results clearly in writing and orally to the relevant teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and prioritize test execution
- Explain any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate stakeholders
- Present traceable and complete records for internal or external audits

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Minimum 5 years in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical quality control lab
- Mastery of physico-chemical analysis techniques (HPLC GC UV IR Karl Fischer etc.)
- Proficiency with analytical software (e.g. Empower LabX)
- Experience in double-checking and validating analytical methods
- Strong understanding of GMP ISO ICH and pharmacopoeial standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French
- Rigor autonomy and collaborative team spirit
- Valid work and residence permits for Belgium (mandatory for non-EU candidates)
- Immediate availability and presence in Belgium are preferred
