Now Hiring: Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Onsite - Newark NJ
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (3 weeks)
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:15 AM - 7:15 PM Saturdays 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM (with one weekday off)
Pay Rate:

  • $17.50/hr. - Bilingual (English Spanish preferred)
  • $16.50/hr. - Non-Bilingual

Duration: 6-month temporary project with strong potential for extension

What Youll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and billing concerns
  • Use scripts and procedures to resolve issues and provide accurate information
  • Log calls research solutions and follow up as needed
  • Assist with walk-in center support and other departments as needed
  • Maintain punctuality professionalism and adherence to schedule

What Were Looking For:

  • Customer service experience(call center experience is a plus but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanishpreferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating Windows-based systems
  • Ability to multitask stay organized and remain calm under pressure
