Job Description

Maintenance PersonSalary Range: To be negotiatedQualifications Required:Education: Able to communicate read and write proficiently in the English : Maintenance of buildings and grounds including but not limited to general carpentry painting small engine repair HVAC system general maintenance landscaping and turf management. Ability to operate commercial grade landscaping equipment bucket tractor and plow truck. Other: Acceptable CORI and fingerprinting. Current drivers license. Basic knowledge to maintain and repair commercial lawn and garden equipment electrical motors heating plumbing and electrical systems fixtures and circuits. In good physical health the ability to provide manual labor (snow removal landscaping maintenance of grounds heavy lifting etc). The ability to comprehend work orders and specifications. Availability and wiliness to respond to emergency call back seven days a week 24 hours a day.
