2 teachers per session and 2 paraprofessionals per session. Each teacher will have a group of parents/ caregivers. One paraprofessional will support the teachers and one paraprofessional will either support a teacher or provide child supervision. The program will run for three sessions: Three Sessions:Session 1: September 30th- November 20thSession 2: February 3rd - April 2ndSession 3: April 13th- May 20thClasses will be held from 5:30-7:30. Each session is 8 weeks 16 nights except for session 3 which is 6 weeks and 12 for the Instructor:-Work with other program staff and the Director of Language Culture and Equity to develop lessons and activities that connect to the needs of the parents and caregivers of GLTS students. -Prepare and submit lessons weekly (4-2 teaching-to-prep ratio)-Teach two 2-hour classes per week for 8 weeks (1 session)-Attend a kick-off meeting prior to the start of each session (1 hour in length)-Maintain attendance of participants.-Complete other duties assigned by the Director of Language Culture and EquityResponsibilities for Paraprofessional:-Work with other program staff and the Director of Language Culture and Equity to support lessons and activities that connect to the needs of the parents and caregivers of GLTS students. -Provide language support in the instructional portion of the evening OR provide child care supervision.-Attend a kick-off meeting before the start of each session (1 hour in length)-Maintain attendance of participants.-Complete other duties assigned by the Director of Language Culture and Equity
