Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
- Guide customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of product features applications and benefits.
- Present available optional equipment to enhance the customers driving experience.
- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct professional and informative vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Master objection handling sales closing techniques and follow company sales protocols.
- Regularly update Sales Manager on progress objectives and activities.
Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Comfortable working on a commission-based salary structure.
- High energy levels and enthusiasm for sales.

- Outgoing personality with exceptional negotiation skills and objection handling.
