Track requests within a ticketing system in an organized and reportable manner
Provide quick and effective assistance for internal teams
Handle local and remote employee requests; troubleshoot issues with hardware software applications and network connectivity
Track IT inventory procurement and refresh of software and hardware assets
Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to support the onboarding process for new hires including hardware setup and application access
Real-world hands-on experience with IT technologies.
A minimum of 6-18 months of experience providing face-to-face desktop support to internal users is preferred
Experience with desktop support on Windows and macOS
Basic experience supporting online conferencing technology with Microsoft Teams
Basic experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
Experience providing support to remote and geographically-distributed users
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business groups
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while closely collaborating with team members Technical curiosity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge organizational and time management skillsAbility to learn while producing positive results for employees
