Ten Mile is looking for a career-driven leader to fill the Foreman position for our West Virginia AOC (Area of Concern) Crew. This Crew maintains various EQT locations in and around Moundsville and Cameron WV areas. The AOC crew provides support and assistance with slip and erosion repair seeding and mulching access road maintenance etc.
This position offers a starting pay rate of $28 an hour or more depending on experience. Individuals must have a CDL andEquipment Operatingexperience to be considered for the Foreman position. Good communication and organizational skills needed. 40 hours guaranteed weekly! Expect to work 4-10s Monday through Thursday during the summer months (most Fridays off) and 5-8s Monday through Friday during the winter months. Winter Maintenance/snow plow assistance (using pickups) required when necessary during the winter. Winter maintenance may require nights and weekends.
Experience operating Skid Steers and Mini Excavators is required. CDL Required.
Previous Foreman and/or Supervisory roll preferred.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check;
- CDL with prior experience;
- Thorough operational knowledge and skills of related equipment to be operated;
- Manage daily tasks with clear expectations for each specific project orjobsite;
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to customers co-workers supervisors and the general public at all times;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required;
- Be willing to work holidays weekends and nightswhen necessary;
- Ability to work overtime when required;
- Properly follow all company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment;
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook;
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas;
- Perform daily inspections of equipment with appropriate documentation;
- Must keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition;
- Able to work in all weather conditions;
- Perform general labor duties when necessary;
- Perform other duties as needed;
- Report to work at the designated start time;
- Great attention to detail and stress tolerance.
Environment
This position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high with occasional periods of time exposed to machine noise.
