The Retail Daily Design Associate is responsible for executing the day-to-day flow of the retail space. This role requires a dependable self-directed individual who maintains an energetic and inviting demeanor while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
Help us become the leading brand in flowers and a nationwide socially conscious leader!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as face of Flowers for Dreams brand at Detroit storefront.
- Assists with daily operations bouquet making & onsite retail sales.
- Enthusiastically assist customers with all of their design & product needs.
- Assist in the execution of floral workshops and DIY experiences.
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service in the field.
Requirements:
- 2 years in retail sales floral and/or field marketing roles.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and regular summer weekends.
- People person consistent & high energy always resourceful.
- Interested in art or design and passionate about flowers.
- Shared aesthetic preferences and values with Flowers for Dreams brand.
- Maintain a professional kind and supportive presence in the studio.
