Job Description
Practice Setting: Outpatient-Hospital setting
Reason for Coverage: Retired and PRN unable to cover
Dates of Coverage: Flexible 1 week per month starting mid August. Provider will need to be on site.
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 0800-1700 last patient @ 1630 or 0800-1630 last patient @ 1600

What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient: Less than 1%
