Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair a wide range of issues with stringed instruments including structural mechanical and cosmetic problems.
- Perform regular maintenance and adjustments to optimize instrument performance.
- Sets adjusts and modifies sound posts along with performing miscellaneous peg and nut repairs basic tool maintenance and has knowledge of basic bench maintenance and upkeep.
- Ensure that all instruments meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production.
- Adhere to performance metrics for output and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough inspections of instruments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
- All other responsibilities as required.

Desired Qualifications: - Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of lutherie school or equivalent preferred
Strong interest in string instrument maintenance and repair. A willingness to learn and develop new skills. Basic woodworking skills and familiarity with hand tools is required. Some experience with string instrument playing or music is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
