What Youll Do
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their concerns
- Build trust while recommending needed services and maintenance
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
- Get customer approval and keep them updated throughout the process
- Review completed repairs process payments and ensure satisfaction
- Help maintain a clean welcoming front-of-house experience
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop or dealership)
- Knowledge of automotive repair maintenance and tires
- Ability to use POS/shop software (we use industry-leading tools)
- Strong people skills friendly honest and great with follow-up
- High school diploma or equivalent
