We are seeking a Field Service Technician with hands-on experience in IT support and a wide range of technical services. If you have a background in low voltage wiring network infrastructure data center support or IT hardware installation we want to hear from you!
This is a client-facing field-based role requiring professionalism adaptability and solid technical know-how.
Provide on-site support for IT systems and infrastructure
Install and configure a variety of IT and network equipment
Perform structured cabling (CAT5e CAT6 Fiber) and low voltage wiring
Deploy and troubleshoot servers switches routers and other network components
Conduct routine maintenance and diagnostics for data center environments
Support audio/visual system setup and maintenance
Install and maintain security camera systems and access control systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues
Document service tasks configurations and site conditions accurately
Low Voltage Cabling (Structured Cabling Terminations Testing)
Network Cabling and Infrastructure Installation
Server and Storage Hardware Installation
Security Systems (CCTV Access Control)
Audio/Visual Systems Setup and Support
IT Equipment Installation and Configuration
Network Troubleshooting and Repair
Data Center Maintenance and Support
2 years of hands-on technical field service experience
Strong understanding of IT systems networking and/or cabling infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client-facing environment
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Certifications (a plus but not required):
CompTIA (A Network) BICSI Cisco (CCNA) or manufacturer-specific training (Dell HP etc.)
