Right now we are looking for an experienced Business Architect to the CRM Development team at Telia B2B Sweden.
You will be a part of our journey of becoming the new generation telecom operator creating new ways of working optimizing how we deliver value to our customers.
My name is Charlotte and I lead a team responsible for Process Customer Information CRM and Agreements within Telia Sweden B2B.
The team consists of Business process Managers Business Architects CRM Business Managers Salesforce and Data Managers.
We have the responsibility to enable customer satisfaction and customer process efficiency and standardization. A big part of this is enhancing the B2B customer process through our CRM /Customer Interaction platform and tools - Salesforce.
We have big focus on both customer and coworker experience and to secure efficiency while at the same time deliver excellent customer experience and thereby growth.

As a Business Architect you will be at the forefront of aligning various business unit needs and help guiding our future growth and transformation into Salesforce as a comprehensive platform provider suite.
In this role you will ensure that our business plans are always up-to-date and aligned with our end-to-end roadmap. You will prioritize and synchronize these plans with our IT teams ensuring they are in harmony with Telia B2B objectives while setting and delivering on clear KPI: s.

You possess a strong passion for data driven customer focused CRM business analysis process and customer information management and agreement management. With experience in business architecture and requirements management for Salesforce you have demonstrated expertise that aligns well with our expectations.
