Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping our business and customer end-to-end flows

Right now we are looking for an experienced Business Architect to the CRM Development team at Telia B2B Sweden.

You will be a part of our journey of becoming the new generation telecom operator creating new ways of working optimizing how we deliver value to our customers.

My name is Charlotte and I lead a team responsible for Process Customer Information CRM and Agreements within Telia Sweden B2B.
The team consists of Business process Managers Business Architects CRM Business Managers Salesforce and Data Managers.

We have the responsibility to enable customer satisfaction and customer process efficiency and standardization. A big part of this is enhancing the B2B customer process through our CRM /Customer Interaction platform and tools - Salesforce.

We have big focus on both customer and coworker experience and to secure efficiency while at the same time deliver excellent customer experience and thereby growth.

Is This Your Next Opportunity
As a Business Architect you will be at the forefront of aligning various business unit needs and help guiding our future growth and transformation into Salesforce as a comprehensive platform provider suite.

In this role you will ensure that our business plans are always up-to-date and aligned with our end-to-end roadmap. You will prioritize and synchronize these plans with our IT teams ensuring they are in harmony with Telia B2B objectives while setting and delivering on clear KPI: s.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure business plans are continuously updated and aligned with the end-to-end roadmap prioritizing them in sync with IT and Telia B2B objectives.
  • Define and deliver on clear KPIs to track alignment and performance.
  • Bridge CX B2B commercial needs IT and process management for cohesive business development.
  • Collaborate closely with business units sales commercial management Customer Operations and Salesforce users.
  • Drive new capabilities and improvements by leveraging Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions in collaboration with IT architects and developers.

Is this you

You possess a strong passion for data driven customer focused CRM business analysis process and customer information management and agreement management. With experience in business architecture and requirements management for Salesforce you have demonstrated expertise that aligns well with our expectations.

We trust that you have a keen focus on user experience coupled with an analytical and process-oriented approach delivering real business outcomes through a customer obsessed and time to market behavior.

Your Experience:

To excel in this role you have:

  • Positive adaptive self-leadership collaboration change management and proactive mindset
  • Salesforce various clouds background especially communication cloud is a plus Leveraging your knowledge of Salesforce to drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of End-to-End flows and commercial B2B principles: Essential for driving business development and aligning strategies.
  • Strategic planning and implementation: Develop and execute plans that maximize business value through tight collaboration with technology.
  • Fair understanding of business process models and architectural methods: Design and optimize workflows effectively is a plus.
  • Fair understanding of system integration cloud solutions and information security: Ensure seamless and secure business processes.
  • Documentation skills: Create clear and comprehensive end-to-end roadmap documentation
    and measurable KPI:s
  • Fluency in Swedish and English: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
