Provides pre- and post-sales transactional and administrative support for an assigned product or service area.
Supports the Sales & Sales Excellence teams with order processing and paperwork preparation.
Enters sales information into ensuring accuracy and integrity at all times.
Creates and submits sales logs and reports.
Assists with order fulfillment and resolution of client or ordering / fulfillment problems.
Other duties may include:
o Taking inbound sales calls
o Providing administrative and logistic support for off-site sales events
o Helping with marketing projects and/or events
o Assisting with proposal creation and contract processing
o Providing administrative and logistical support for request for proposal (RFP) / request for information (RFI) responses.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
